Worthy of pointing out that the RFC has cut about 3000 MW from its 10 day flow forecast for next week. Interesting that these cuts coincide with period of very warm weather suggesting that either the RFC was given some dramatically new regulation inputs from BPA or they will be soon reversing themselves to take into account the melt-surge. I am not really sure what to make of it but wanted to point it out.
