• September – Down 130 aMW
• October – Down 244 aMW
• November – Down 128 aMW
• December – Down 680 aMW

August managed to find 29 aMW, but the rest of the months of 2017 weren’t as lucky.  September and November each had modest 130 aMW cuts, while October saw 244 aMW shed and December took a massive 680 aMW haircut with its second updated forecast.

Daily

Everything August is expected to gain should show up over the next three days, especially on the 23rd which was increased nearly 900 aMW.  September took its cuts from the 15th-28th, while October had daily cuts across the board (most under 700 aMW).  The end of November and the latter half of the first week of December represent the largest reductions of the forecast, especially in for December.

Year on Year

August fell 550 aMW behind the next lowest year (2016), while November stayed within an earshot of ’15 and ’16 despite the reduction.
