STP Update

Good Afternoon,

Monthly

Energy Scorecard

  • July – Up 311 aMW
  • August – Up 8 aMW
  • September – Down 147 aMW
  • October – Down 35 aMW

A whole lot of nothing in this week’s update, at least when aggregated by month.  July had the biggest change after growing 311 aMW — compare that to the two previous weeks with essentially no change.  August and October were essentially unchanged with 8 aMW and 35 aMW respectively.  September decreased 147 aMW which pushed its total back to the forecast from two weeks ago.

Daily

The devil is in the details as you can see there was quite a bit of day-to-day changes, just not after aggregating into monthly totals.  The second week of July had an 800+ aMW cut followed by moderate increases.  August was the opposite — first half showed increases, followed by second-half decreases.  September and October were mostly down across the board.

Year on Year

July gained more ground on ’13 and ’14 but is still coming up short.  September is now pacing behind ’14 after forecasting ahead for several weeks.
